REASON FOR THIS NOTICE
This page describes the website management procedures regarding the processing of personal data of the users who consult the site.
This notice is issued in virtue of art.13 of Leg. Decr. n. 196/2003 – Code regulating the protection of personal data of users interacting with the web services accessible electronically at: http://blog.ferplast.com
This notice is issued only for the above website and does not pertain to other websites eventually consulted by the user through the relative links.
THE DATA “CONTROLLER”

WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED
Data connected to the web services offered on this site is processed within the premises of the controller and handled only by technical personnel of the appointed Office, or by eventual technicians for periodical maintenance operations. No information deriving from the web service is transferred or disseminated, unless the interested party consents to its disclosure following the acknowledgment of this notice.
The information systems and software procedures used for operating the website will collect, during their normal function, certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with the identified persons concerned, but for their very nature these could, through elaborations and associations with data in possession of third parties, lead to the identification of the users.
This category of data includes IP addresses or the dominion names of the computers used to connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numeric code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the user’s operative system and information environment.
This data is used for the only purpose of collecting anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to control its correct operation and is deleted after seven days.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The option, explicit and voluntary, of entering email addresses in this site implies the subsequent acquisition of the electronic mail address needed to respond to requests, as well as eventual other personal information included in the message.
Specific information summaries will be progressively reported or displayed in the pages of the website designed for special services upon request.
The user is hereby informed that the website uses “cookies”. Cookies are a set of information that can be memorized by the browser on the user’s hard disk for the purpose of retracing the navigation of the site, and consequently every time the user revisits the web, the latter can be previously identified together with eventual preferences manifested in a previous visit.
These files enable the personalization of a website, they provide the user a friendlier navigation and, through the quantitative assessment of contacts on the various web pages, an enhanced presentation of the most frequent searches. The cookies process anonymous information and, therefore, do not admit the collection of personal data. Furthermore, cookies may be used to store user login information and thus automatically recognize the User (so there is no need to enter user name and password).

In any case, as well as the above mentioned navigation data, no other personal information will be collected, save for that which is voluntarily provided.
OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF DATA ENTRY
Besides the above specified navigation data, the user is free to enter the personal data listed in the request forms or anyway indicated to request the receipt of information material or other communication, or not.
Failure to enter such data could, however, prevent the fulfilment of a request.
Personal data is processed by automated systems for the time strictly necessary for the achievement of the scopes for which the data is collected. Specific safety measures have been adopted to avoid data loss, illicit or inappropriate use and access to unauthorized parties.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to which the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to consult its contents and origin, verify its correctness and require integration or updating, or otherwise its rectification (art. 7 of leg. decr. n. 196/2003).
In virtue of the same article the same have the right to demand the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or to block the data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing, in any case, for legitimate reasons.
